I decided to make a lifestyle change! After 4 weeks of eating clean, working out and keeping myself motivated this is what happened! I’m 5’5 and not sure on my weight I try to focus on how I look. FOUR WEEKS HOLYS MOLY
This is a before and after shot of me, the left picture is me now (obviously). I’m happy to say I’m 56lbs lighter and still counting. The picture on the right is me at my fattest. I’m not 100% sure why I’m posting this on here but I am kind of proud of how far I’ve come and I guess I wanted to tell everyone reading this that you CAN lose weight, you just have to put your mind to it! I’m not saying I’m now all of a sudden confident in myself because I’m not at all but the pic on the right motivates me not to go back to that place, ever. Eat well and exercise, its a crazy journey but you will start seeing results! I promise!!
